What a great experience we had purchasing our new Yukon AT4. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. Sam and his team were able to find the exact one we wanted. We waited on them to clean the car for us to take and only thing they did was wash the outside, on the inside was marks that was not touched and if the oil was changed like they told us that they were doing then why did they not change the life button for that?! otherwise I love my new car and my salesman was awsome.
Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgable. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to find us the perfect vehicle. Carl Comer was our sales rep. and he was very helpful and willing to get us exactly what we wanted. Chase White was very patient in explaining the financing process and answering our questions. Another staff (sorry, I forgot his name) helped us get OnStar setup and even offered our 2 year old granddaughter a snack while we waited.

I had to drop my car off before work even though my appointment wasn't until 4pm. They gave me a ride to work and the young man was super polite. The service department had my car done before my scheduled time. They even made arrangements for me so I could get my car after hours.

Absolutely awesome!!! My car suddenly wouldn't start!! I called Sierra and spoke to Rebecca. She advised that GM customer service would arrange a tow. They did with ETA in 60 minutes! I received a second call in a few minutes that said ETA in 30 minutes. Then in about 15 minute I received a third call from the tow truck driver who advised 10-15 minutes.my cars appointment for repair was the next day at 9:00 am. Would have been five stars. We had an appointment for three, arrived at 2:45, did not get our car back until 4:30. Simple oil change for our car we purchased here in February.

This was the fastest oil change and tire rotation that I have experienced. It was so fast, I wondered if they really did the job. That wasn’t meant as a slam, it’s just so hard to believe how fast it was completed. I assume everything was done as promised.

Easy to book an appointment and I dropped my Sportage off and they took me to work.
I called with no brakes on my Silverado, they helped get roadside assistance to have my truck towed to them , It took them several day to find the problem is was all electronics. then they helped me get a rental car under the warranty. It was all a good deal.. they even did some recalls that was due on the truck. Thanks.
