They charged for parts that they did not install. They charged for two fuel injectors but the paperwork states only replaced one. The manager was rude and no assistance even tho he see clearly on my receipt that they only replaced one fuel injectors but charged for two. Bbb complaint filed. Save yourself from waisted time and money do not go to the service dept here!

Wilson did a great job. I called in the morning to schedule my first service call on a new car. He got me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment. I showed up early and he pulled me in right away and very quickly had my car ready and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.

Transmission was replaced via warranty. Serra KIA Service reps were very professional and did a great job keeping me informed. They acted quickly to get our vehicle repaired and back on the road and, so far, it is running perfectly. They have always been responsive and great to work with.

I drove from Yuma, TN today to Serra GMC in Jackson. Most think and? I spoke to a man several weeks ago about my tire pressure sensors. Today I called again on my way to make sure I still needed to come since the light has gone away. Nice lady explained why it was giving wrong tire accurate pressure. I share I have a slow leak in rear inside tire and not worried about that. That alone should have registers I have a dually. Nope!

Yeah was a good car lot but my youngest son stepson came up there to buy a vehicle and y'all try to find a $20,000 vehicle off on him and it's got colds and needs to be worked on and everything else and I won't recommend y'all no more what's so bad about it his girlfriend bought a car there about 8 9 years ago and they were going to come back and buy a Tahoe and he's got poor reserve results from y'all

I BOUGHT extra warranties but once i try to use them is a burden. Including easy care, when you call them! I have been trying to get things fixed on my car all cosmetic (bc the warranties I PAID FOR) “cover” it but that’s another story.
