Absolutely awesome!!! My car suddenly wouldn't start!! I called Sierra and spoke to Rebecca. She advised that GM customer service would arrange a tow. They did with ETA in 60 minutes! I received a second call in a few minutes that said ETA in 30 minutes. Would have been five stars. We had an appointment for three, arrived at 2:45, did not get our car back until 4:30. Simple oil change for our car we purchased here in February.

This was the fastest oil change and tire rotation that I have experienced. It was so fast, I wondered if they really did the job. That wasn’t meant as a slam, it’s just so hard to believe how fast it was completed. I assume everything was done as promised.

Easy to book an appointment and I dropped my Sportage off and they took me to work.
I called with no brakes on my Silverado, they helped get roadside assistance to have my truck towed to them , It took them several day to find the problem is was all electronics. then they helped me get a rental car under the warranty. It was all a good deal.. they even did some recalls that was due on the truck. Thanks.

The service was great; however, I feel the technician could have been a bit more personable and explained my car's need more in depth. I feel like maybe it was the time since I came right at 2pm to pick up the car and/or he could have been having a rough day. All in all, I will still use Serra Chevrolet for my service needs and recommend them.
The buying process was really smooth and much better than my past experiences at other dealers. Everyone involved was great.

Fast, friendly and thorough service. Large and clean waiting area where I was able to work while I waited.
I have been to this dealership multiple times for oil changes, tire rotations, and for recall work. Each time I have been there, I am greeted wit ha friends face and a knowledgeable staff. The service I receive has always been of good quality, and they get done in a timely manner. The free coffee and snacks don't hurt either!
Front desk are always nice, respectful , professional. The place is kept clean. It’s pretty good setup.

Best dealership experience we have ever dealt with. We traded vehicles and the sales person (Jonathan Cox) was very professional and not pushy. We were treated with respect (seniors) and patience. The process was easy compared to past purchases at other dealerships.

Service department is top notch. Had set up regular service and a transmission service however the transmission fluid I needed wasn’t available that day. Cody told me he would call as soon as as it arrived. And he did that the next day as he said he would. Immediately set trans service for the very next day. They have been super to work with.
Love doing business here. They took care of everything. Got my recalls fixed and oil changed. Barely had to wait!
